Md Firdos founded NaaJob after seeing how difficult it could be for students and job seekers in rural areas to find genuine and timely opportunity updates.
Md Firdos is the Founder of NaaJob.com, an independent career information platform focused on helping students and job seekers discover government jobs, private jobs, Central Government opportunities, job melas, walk-in interviews, examination updates, results, admissions and scholarship information.
Born and raised in a small village in Wanaparthy District, Telangana, he personally observed that many capable candidates missed important opportunities because reliable information did not reach them before the deadline. Job notifications were often scattered across different government websites, newspapers and portals, making the process difficult for students from villages and small towns.
This information gap inspired him to build NaaJob. He works independently across website planning, WordPress development, user-interface design, mobile responsiveness, job-notification research, content publishing, search engine optimisation, website performance and the continued development of the platform.
His long-term goal is to make NaaJob a dependable and easy-to-use career information resource for Telugu-speaking job seekers across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Many candidates have the ability to succeed, but they may miss an opportunity simply because they did not see the notification before the deadline.
Through NaaJob, my aim is to organise job and career updates in a simple and accessible way. I want users to quickly understand what an opportunity is, who can apply and where the official notification is available.
