RCF Kapurthala Notification 2026 : రైల్‌కోచ్‌ ఫ్యాక్టరీ కపూర్తల 2026-27 కల్చరల్ కోటాలో ఖాళీలు

Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala నుంచి 2026-27 సంవత్సరానికి Cultural Quota కింద Level-02 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదలైంది. మొత్తం 2 పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. Punjabi Folk Dhol Percussionist, Theatre/Drama Artist విభాగాల్లో నియామకం జరుగుతుంది. అభ్యర్థులకు విద్యార్హతతో పాటు సంబంధిత రంగంలో Degree/Diploma/Certificate Cultural Qualification తప్పనిసరి. దరఖాస్తులు Offline విధానంలో పంపాలి. పూర్తి చేసిన దరఖాస్తు 18 సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 సాయంత్రం 5:00 గంటల్లోపు చేరాలి.

గమనిక: ఒక అభ్యర్థి ఒక Discipline/Postకు మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తు చేయాలి. ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ పోస్టులకు దరఖాస్తు చేస్తే దరఖాస్తు తిరస్కరించబడుతుంది.

విద్యార్హత

అభ్యర్థులు Educational Qualificationతో పాటు సంబంధిత Cultural/Professional Qualification కూడా కలిగి ఉండాలి.

Educational Qualification

• 12th (+2 Stage) లేదా equivalent examination ఉత్తీర్ణతతో కనీసం 50% aggregate marks ఉండాలి.
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen అభ్యర్థులు లేదా Graduation/Post Graduation వంటి higher qualification కలిగిన వారికి పై 50% aggregate షరతు వర్తించదు.

లేదా

• Matriculation ఉత్తీర్ణతతో పాటు NCVT/SCVT ఆమోదించిన గుర్తింపు పొందిన సంస్థ నుంచి Course Completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI ఉండాలి.
• Technical Category అర్హతకు Diploma in Engineering సహా ఇతర qualificationsను ITI/Act Apprenticeshipకు ప్రత్యామ్నాయ higher qualificationగా పరిగణించరు.

Cultural Qualification

దరఖాస్తు చేస్తున్న Disciplineకు సంబంధించిన Degree/Diploma/Certificate Government Recognized Institute నుంచి ఉండాలి.

Desirable Qualification

• సంబంధిత రంగంలో అనుభవం మరియు AIR/Doordarshan తదితరాల్లో performance ఇచ్చిన అనుభవం.
• 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరాల్లో 31.03.2026 వరకు National Levelలో పొందిన prizes.

వయస్సును 01.01.2027 తేదీ నాటికి లెక్కిస్తారు.

Serving Railway Employees

Railwaysలో కనీసం 3 సంవత్సరాల continuous service ఉన్న ఉద్యోగులకు:

Persons with Disability

• Quasi Administrative Offices of Railway Organizationsలో పనిచేసిన వారికి 5 సంవత్సరాలు లేదా చేసిన service కాలం — ఏది తక్కువైతే అంత వరకు relaxation ఉంటుంది.
• Ex-Servicemenకు Defence Servicesలో చేసిన service + 3 సంవత్సరాల వరకు relaxation ఉంటుంది. కనీసం 6 నెలల service after attestation ఉండాలి.

దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు

Economically Backward Classes కోసం కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం ₹50,000 కంటే తక్కువ ఉండాలి.

ఫీజును PFA/RCF/KXH పేరుతో ఉన్న SBI Account No. 65035290377, IFSC: SBIN0050540లో closing dateకు ముందు జమ చేయాలి. Original fee receiptను applicationతో జత చేయాలి.

Cheque, Draft, Postal Order ద్వారా చెల్లించిన ఫీజును అంగీకరించరు.

జీతం వివరాలు

ఈ Cultural Quota పోస్టులు Level-02 (Grade Pay ₹1900)లో ఉన్నాయి. నెలవారీ salary మొత్తం నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో ప్రత్యేకంగా ఇవ్వలేదు.

Written Testలో prescribed minimum passing marks పొందిన వారిలో vacanciesకి ఐదు రెట్లు అభ్యర్థులను trial/practical demonstrationకు పిలుస్తారు.

పరీక్ష విధానం

Percussionist పోస్టుకు Punjabi Folk Dholలో proficiency ఉన్న అభ్యర్థులకు preference ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

పరీక్ష సిలబస్

Written Test syllabus అభ్యర్థికి అవసరమైన educational qualification మరియు సంబంధిత Degree/Diploma/Certificates స్థాయిపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. Instrument playing లేదా Drama Artist proficiencyను Practical Examinationలో పరీక్షిస్తారు.

దరఖాస్తు విధానం

1. Prescribed application formను RCF website నుంచి పొందాలి లేదా notificationలో ఇచ్చిన format ప్రకారం A4 size good quality paperపై type చేయాలి.
2. Applicationను అభ్యర్థి స్వయంగా తన handwritingలో పూర్తి చేసి sign చేయాలి.
3. Application formలో ఇచ్చిన చోట latest passport size photo అంటించాలి. అవసరమైన విధంగా photo attestation చేయించాలి.
4. Educational మరియు Cultural achievement certificates self-attested copies జత చేయాలి.
5. Category/relaxation claim చేస్తే సంబంధిత certificates జత చేయాలి.
6. నిర్దేశించిన feeను SBI accountలో చెల్లించి original receipt జత చేయాలి.
7. Envelopeపై “RECRUITMENT AGAINST CULTURAL QUOTA FOR THE YEAR 2026-27” అని స్పష్టంగా రాయాలి.
8. Applicationను Ordinary Post లేదా Speed Post ద్వారా పంపాలి.
9. లేదా RCF Kapurthala Personnel Branch Hall, Admin Building First Floorలో ఉన్న Application Boxలో working daysలో 10:00 నుంచి 17:00 గంటల మధ్య వేయవచ్చు.
10. Application 18.09.2026 సాయంత్రం 5:00 గంటల్లోపు చేరాలి.

Registered Post, Courier లేదా Registered AD ద్వారా పంపిన applicationsను అంగీకరించరు.
