అర్హత
Limited Departmental Competitive Examination ద్వారా Civil Judge (Senior Division)గా నియమించబడే అభ్యర్థి 31/03/2026 నాటికి Civil Judge (Junior Division)గా కనీసం 3 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి.
ఈ ప్రమోషన్‌కు దరఖాస్తు చేసే అభ్యర్థి సర్వీస్‌కు సంబంధించిన నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్న అర్హతలను తప్పనిసరిగా కలిగి ఉండాలి.
అనర్హత
- Civil Judge (Junior Division) కేడర్‌లో disciplinary charges లేదా pending inquiry ఉండి, విధుల నిర్వహణలో నిర్లక్ష్యానికి శిక్షకు గురైన అధికారి ఈ LDCE ద్వారా ప్రమోషన్‌కు అర్హులు కాదు.
- ఏ సంవత్సరంలోనైనా doubtful integrity ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించబడిన అధికారి కూడా ఈ పరీక్షకు హాజరు కాలేరు.
రిజర్వేషన్
SC మరియు STలకు సంబంధించిన vertical reservationsను Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2026 ప్రకారం అమలు చేస్తారు. నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్న సవరణలు మరియు ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం రిజర్వేషన్ వర్తిస్తుంది.
పరీక్ష విధానం
అభ్యర్థులను అవసరాన్ని బట్టి High Court నిర్వహించే Computer Based Screening Test ద్వారా shortlist చేస్తారు. Screening Test మొత్తం 100 మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.
Screening Testలో 40% లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మార్కులు సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులు 1:10 నిష్పత్తిలో Written Examinationకు shortlist అవుతారు. ఒకే కేటగిరీలో cutoff మార్కులు సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులు ఒకరి కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉంటే వారందరినీ Written Examinationకు పిలుస్తారు.
రాత పరీక్ష
Written Examinationలో మొత్తం 3 పేపర్లు ఉంటాయి. ప్రతి పేపర్ 100 మార్కులకు, ప్రతి పేపర్ వ్యవధి 3 గంటలు.
- Paper-I: Civil Laws – 100 మార్కులు
- Paper-II: Criminal Laws – 100 మార్కులు
- Paper-III: English (Translation and Essay Writing) – 100 మార్కులు
ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలు Englishలో రాయాలి. Translation భాగం ఇందుకు మినహాయింపు.
Paper-III వివరాలు
- Part-I: Translation – 40 మార్కులు
- Part-II: Essay Writing – 60 మార్కులు
Paper-IIIలో ప్రతి భాగంలో కనీసం 40% మార్కులు సాధించాలి. అలాగే Paper-I, Paper-II మరియు Viva Voice మార్కులను కలిపి తుది ఎంపిక కోసం పరిగణిస్తారు.
కనీస మార్కులు
Written Examinationలో Viva Voiceకు అర్హత పొందాలంటే Paper-I మరియు Paper-IIలో 55% కంటే తక్కువ మార్కులు ఉండకూడదు.
Viva Voice మొత్తం 50 మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది. Written Examination మరియు Viva Voice కలిపి 60% aggregate మార్కులు సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులనే Civil Judge (Senior Division) పోస్టుకు ఎంపిక కోసం పరిగణిస్తారు.
